Barbakan Delicatessen

A very clean halal and tidy deli and bakery with olives and meat options with artisan grocery selection of basic dry staples and lots of interesting sauces and other delicious things in jars. It's often a bit crowded and you can expect to spend a few minutes in the queue but it's popular for a reason. Their meats, breads and chees selection is always tasty and obviously high standards.

heaven for me I love brot, so this place is like the heaven for me, fantastic variety of brot cheese meat. it is very much to do especially on Saturdays and can be a bit from the brush if they don't know what they want, because there is so much choice and the personal is busy. keep the good work n see you soon

Great little deli. Cakes are very impressive looking and taste amazing. Fresh cooked hot foods, the bacon and egg baps were delicious. Definetely return to try out there cheese and bread selection. Would say its a little on the pricy side but nice as a treat. Reserva una mesa ahora

We have been driving from Blackburn to this deli for more than 20 years. Bread is baked and sold on site and supplied to other outlets around the North West. Meats and cheeses are top quality. Take a look at the website, it's mouthwatering!!

Fantastic bagels, amazing quiches, and a well stocked delicatessen counter. Fantastic produce throughout, and the fact that there is always a queue hints at how well thought of this place is. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely artisan deli. Can get quite busy and can be a tad expensive but you get what you pay for. Fantastic selection of pastries and sandwiches. The bratwursts out front on a Saturday are excellent.

very happy I was raised early for the great coffee and amazing baked and doughnuts. the hotdog stand was a surprise.

hot dogs are a must. chuck a charge apple cutney on and they will not be disappointed.
