"Great hotel. Staff are really friendly. Went in late Nov so it wasn’t busy. Breakfast was included and had loads of variety. We had a sea view room with a spa bath and it was great. Good location, close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Would definitely return."

Never in my life have I been somewhere as perfect as this hotel! I cannot believe it isn’t a 5 star •The staff make this hotel, each and everyone of them from managers to cleaning staff were lovely. They always had a smile on their faces and would help in anyway they could. •The food selection was out of this world and this is coming from a picky eater, each night they had different cuisines which made the evening meal more enjoyable. •The room was lovely, the air conditioning was great and the hot tub was a nice added touch. Perfect place for a perfect hotel. We have been before and it never let's us down. Staff are so friendly and remember returning guest. Very clean something for everyone in the restaurant. Definitely worth all inclusive. The drinks are premium brands and the breeze restaurant at lunchtime so good. Champs sports bar excellent ribs and pizza. Lovely cocktails in the B lounge. Look out for Alba, Valerie, Adrian, Christina, Salek. They will make your stay perfect. Guests service manager Camilla and Rosa always very helpful and have a welcoming smile. We recently checked out of the Barceló at Costa Teguise. I have to commend the staff, between the cleanliness, food, overall service they quietly made our holiday great! If I where being picky they only frustration was the enforcement over the 1 hour sun lounger and day bed rule. People would put towels on that before 6AM and turn up to use them around mid day despite the hotel saying you can only do this for 1 hour, personally if I where the life guard I would remove the towels and enforce the rule. This means that most of the day beds are unused all morning when there are plenty of people that could be using them. The room was great especially having the hot tub, that was a great addition!...
Hotel fantástico con habitaciones muy agradables. Nos alojamos aquí durante 2 semanas y pasamos un gran tiempo con las cómodas camas y un servicio de habitaciones amplio; la comida incluida en la media pensión era muy buena por el precio. Como el hotel también tiene 3 bares diferentes conectados entre sí, creo que el todo incluido podría valer la pena por 50€ al día si te gustan los cócteles. Solo tuvimos un pequeño problema de hormigas en nuestra habitación, pero no fue motivo de gran preocupación. Recomendaría pedir una habitación que no esté en la planta baja, para mayor privacidad (si la habitación estuviera junto a la piscina) y para evitar cualquier tipo de insectos que no estén tan al...
No puedo culpar a este hotel. Es impresionante y tiene una sensación muy lujosa. El personal no puede ser más amable ni servicial. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama era muy cómoda. Buena ubicación para pasear y para otros restaurantes y bares, pero al ser todo incluido, no había necesidad de salir. El bar de cócteles era fabuloso. Nos encantó el bar deportivo, donde pudimos comer mientras veíamos deportes. La conversación por la noche fue muy amena. El bar de alimentos era excelente, con varias opciones saludables, todas de un alto estándar. El spa tenía una gran relación calidad-precio con varios tratamientos. Definitivamente, volvería.
First things first, the hotel has a perfect location. It is near to beaches shops, restaurants etc. We stayed at the junior suite which comes with an outdoor bath/hot tub. I absolutely recommend choosing a room with a tub. We used it every day. It is big enough, you can regulate the water temperature and enjoy nice weather. The resort has 2 pools, 2 bars and a restaurant with 3 types of cuisine. The food is the best! We love it. There are lots to choose from and if you have any dietary requirements you will definitely find something for you there too.
A so fantastic hotel, great rooms, private hot tub is a brilliant addition, the food is incredible with such a wide range of amazing options in the different restaurants. In addition, the cocktails with such a large selection are beautiful in the all-inclusive package. The spa and the gym are fantastic facilities. But what distinguishes it is the service. Fantastic service level of Javier, Valeria, Carmen and Sarai. We're definitely coming back.
