I recently visited Barcelona Wine Bar in Boston and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant has a great atmosphere with dimming lighting and a lively atmosphere. I was impressed by their knowledge of allergies and the fact that they marked all gluten-free items on the menu. The food was delicious, with court dishes the patatas bravas, crispy brussel sprouts, short ribs, spinach and chickpea cazuela, swordfish, and paella verduras. The pig bell was particularly tender and went well with the Piquillo sauce. The ink fideos had a nice spicy kick, but I would advise to use the garlic aioli sauce as it can make the dish too salty. Although the Parillada arrived for a while, it was worth waiting...
I have visited this restaurant twice. The first time was last year after a show at the Calderwood Theatre. It's a convenient spot if you're looking for a meal after a performance. When I visited last year, it was busy in the afternoon and there was a short wait. My group just wanted drinks at the bar, and despite the crowd, the service was quick. I returned yesterday after another show and was seated within 5 minutes, even though the restaurant seemed busy. The service was consistently good and the staff were friendly. We were hoping to go to Toro, but the wait was too long and came here instead and I'm so glad we made it!! the music was fantastic and had just wanted me to dance the Manchego cheese disc, the Patatas shoes were phenomenal, the brussel sprouts were some of the best I had, and the croquettas were so creamy and rich and tasty. the flan was the perfect conclusion to our meal. and the Sangria was amazing! overall such a wonderful culinary experience. the size of everything was great for the two of us and we ended everything! will definitely come back!!
If you decide to visit this restaurant on a Saturday, be prepared for a very long wait. We waited for over an hour before being seated, but the bar is spacious and a good option if you can't get a table right away. The food was somewhat disappointing and didn't live up to the wait. The only dishes I truly enjoyed were the octopus and the paella. The beet salad was overly saturated with vinegar, making it difficult to eat. I might consider returning for drinks and appetizers, but overall, the wait was not worth it.

We came in a group of 11 people and our reservation was at 9pm. They let us waiting for 30 minutes and each time we asked what happened to our table, they were telling us that “it was being cleaned”, “the other customers are paying now”. Then we saw that they were giving other people tables and we told the waiters. This is not the experience we expected for my friends birthday.
Came across this gem for new years 2023. The atmosphere was jumping! The service was great. Food was out of this world! They started us with a complimentary appetizer. Forgot what it was called but it was delicious! For main course the wife ordered the Paella maricos and I had the roasted half chicken. Both were super good. We would highly recommend this place!!!
Large menu with about 10 vegan or vegan tapas as well as several salads and a vegetable paella. We ordered five tapas and the paella and everything was delicious. The bread was particularly good. That means the absolutely ridiculous noise level has ruined it for us. We basically ploughed through our food and cleaned it out as soon as possible. It was really bad.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The paellas and patas bravas are a must-try, reminiscent of the tapas I enjoy in Spain! The appetizer bread is served warm and delicious. The modern yet cozy ambiance adds to the overall experience. This place is definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious food and a great atmosphere.

The food was amazing. We got a squid ink pasta and seafood paella for two people and it was more than enough. The portions are huge and it tasted good. The servers were really nice and explained the menu nicely for us. The restaurant was a bit crowded and loud.
