The lounge claims to offer priority access to exclusive events, including artist showcases and pop-up comedy shows. In reality, I've attended a dozen home games for the Islanders this season and have encountered ZERO live music or comedy shows—nothing at all.

The Vault is an extremely exclusive, members-only collection of suites created for high-end fans to enjoy before and after games. It includes 11 private suites nestled within a sleek, minimalist black bar that features luxurious gold fringe hanging from the ceiling. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a charming young woman who hands them a complimentary glass of champagne. There's even a hidden watch store displaying some of the most extravagant and eye-catching timepieces I've ever seen. The venue has been renamed the Billboard Lounge. It takes about 5 minutes to reach from the main concourse level using the elevator, and surprisingly, a 12 oz beer is more expensive than a 16 oz beer available on the concourses. The menu features overpriced sushi and cocktails. I would recommend staying on the concourse instead, where you can enjoy a larger beer with fellow patrons. I’m giving it two stars, primarily because the restrooms are clean.
This is an amazing venue with a fantastic staff. The event space is stunning and really gives off a VIP vibe. They host DJs, after-parties, and even attract celebrities, plus the bartenders are some of the best around. If you're heading to Barclays for any event, you definitely need to check out the Billboard Lounge and mention that Willie Mack sent you!

The Vault is a great place to relax before any performance at Barclay. The drinks are strong and well-made. This is actually my second visit, and both experiences have been wonderful.
