We made a reservation a week in advance. We were seated and sat at the table for 20 minutes without water or a waitress. The cocktail my husband ordered was terrible, he told our server and she left it on the table, he didn’t touch it but we were charged for it. The portions are small for 1 person and yet they call it “family style” and encouraged to “share”. We received 1 single cracker to go with a very small “family style” dip for 5 people. I wanted to order a “to go” dish for my 83 year old mom who is bedridden. We were told the chef only allows the hamburger to go. Our bill was 400$. 3 of us ordered a burger and fries. 1 dish vegetarian did I mention that they also ran out of entrees on...
The Bardo Lounge and Supper Club is awesome!! We have come here for dinner and drinks a few times (which was lovely and amazing), and even had our after party for our wedding here this past weekend! They throw an INCREDIBLE party, our friends loved the vibe, ambiance, delicious food and drinks and were truly blown away. Not to mention everyone working here is extremely lovely and warm, and Seth made it very easy for us to work with them on each bit of our party. Chef Amol was also a total delight, and very patient with us while planning our party menu! I would absolutely host a party here again, and we will back here very soon for dinner and reminiscing
I often bardo - it is one of my favorite quarters gems with big cocktails and atmosphere. the chef had a new product, which was divine-bean with sticks - he put his foot in him - the portion size was a little on the smaller side, but was great no -less. had the chicken pate/mousse- needed more brot, but was still very good. the cocktails are the pièce de résistance- they can not go wrong with any of them. destined a place before going as it tends to get busy. I hope the live music will return to the future.
Went unexpectedly for drinks and dessert at 9 p.m. on a Saturday evening. We only had to wait ~10 minutes and was accommodated near the door in an intimate corner lounge. Perfect spot to see the entire venue with swanky lighting. Great music, bar, and more loft style seating upstairs that looks out to the below. Pleasantly surprised...great decor and vibe! Service was amazing, lots of cocktails, Mocktails, wine selection and delicious desserts. This place is calling me back to try dinner!!

we did the dinner party experience and it was wonderful. we were a group of 8 and some of us can be picky eaters, but we were very adventurous and tried new things. none of them disappointed. everything was so delicious, even dinge, that we all remembered not loved were super tasty and we loved her. we celebrated 4 birthdays and the night was so special. many thanks for a wonderful experience
a popular quarter! amazing moods in the middle century. all from the fittings in the bathroom, to the glassware are vintage. it really feels like you're invited to a dinner party. menu is quite seasonal and always excellent. I never had a meal here that disappointed me. the bar staff is wonderful and offers an extensive cocktail list, will mix happy whatever they are. top 5 museen in oakland
A beautifully designed lounge that drips with a swank authentic 60’s vibe without tipping into nostalgia or theme-parkism… Timeless. Every detail pleases the senses. Friendly and knowledgeable bartender. Attentive owner. Thank you for a wonderful evening of cocktails and conversation. Will return for dinner very soon.
Amazing salads burger and food in general. Great cocktails and friendly staff. Repeated within a couple of weeks
