Wooden local pub from the old stroke. Many drinks to choose from. Very cozy ambience, the lamps are still white as it is probably common in the Swabians. With warm white, rather dimmed light, this would be much more cozy. Soup is a scorched broth, probably Knorr. Mouth loop bought. Grained Broth is something you don't know more than in Austria, that would be a devastating Faux-Pas in A. leading to depreciation. Onion roasts beautiful pink and quite delicate, but clearly longing. Small glazed plums. We have been visiting this restaurant for years and almost always for Christmas, where you can find something despite a reduced card. Reservations are obligatory on Christmas. The rustic decor is of course a matter of taste, but the food is an absolute class if you are on the Swabian cuisine. Also at the Bietigheim horse market the address for a great lunch. Lentils with latex or sour roast. Just great.

We had to wait 35 minutes until we could give up our drinks order. After half an hour the drinks came. Then we could order the food that arrived after an hour, mostly lukewarm. The salad is sweet and slightly dressed (short), the steaklauwarm and the meat dry, ready sauce. The whole thing was not intoxicating.

All right, I celebrated a lot with my company in the restaurant and celebrated birthday with friends. I often had lunch and dinner. Ales for the best I got to the place for 30 years never had a complaint. I'm a pensioner and can always come. Cleanliness that we are here and are so friendly.
