I am quite disappointed with this restaurant and cannot recommend it to anyone anymore. I echo the sentiments of the one-star reviews below; this establishment cannot be trusted. If you're hosting a large party here, you need to keep a close eye on what is served and count each portion carefully, or you risk being shortchanged and then blamed for not paying enough. One would expect honesty and integrity from an upscale venue, but that wasn't my experience. As a customer, if you're dissatisfied, you'll likely be ignored. We discovered 'From Russia With Love' through 'YE_P' and decided to give it a shot. It took us a bit of effort to locate the place, and I recommend making a reservation since they don’t open until 8:00 PM. It’s best to arrive before 9:00 PM. In my opinion, the best value in town is the 'banquet menu' option, allowing you to sample most of the items offered. Although it is on the pricier side, it’s worth every penny. The food is beautifully presented, and the service is incredibly authentic. Make sure to arrive early, bring along good friends, and be prepared to stay until after midnight. If you're planning a large gathering here, be prepared to closely monitor what is served and keep track of the portions, or you may find yourself blamed for not paying enough. I just ate at this restaurant and WOW. Where do I start, 1. My friends husband just passed away and she decided to host the reception at this restaurant. The owner charged her for 50 people when only 43 people were there. He wouldn't give her a number before the dinner he said I will give you a quote at the end and then decided to over charge her. A woman who just lost her Husband. Absolutely horrible. 2. I saw a waitress in the bathroom as I was walking in and she went straight from the toilet out of the door. Great place to go they have a grocery store right next door which has all the great foods from Russia and the ingredients that you would need for any dish that you would be preparing. The owner and all the staff are always very nice and always very helpful I love the place and I'll never stop going there.
