Barker's Grill - Reservar una mesa

100% hands down, the largest in Hudson. I'm trying to stop every time we go through. No disappointment! I'm chef at a different place and I'm more critical than I should be, but say there's nothing in this place where I wouldn't eat. The wings are excellent, burgers always amazing, and tonight my buddy had the flat iron steak of the chef perfect on him! The Brussel spouts hell yes, the beer list extensive, and if you don't have the Guiness deep roasted bread pudding with picked Irish cream... Man, you're out! Thanks for always being great!

Amazing food and service. Hudson stopped for a pit stop and a local told me to come here. I wanted to try everything on the menu, it looked great. I and the person eating with me were happy and both entrees (and appetizer) tasted amazing. The brussel sprouts I had with the pork special were the best I ever had. Please keep this. Our Brooklyn server was also great. Places like these make me want to leave the city more often for amazing places like eating them. A guy.

My self and an employee stopped at noon on his recommendation. I had pulled the Mexican poor boy pork and it was great. I also enjoyed the hand-cut pommes. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. I liked the open grill concept. Our server was Lindsey, who was fantastic, cheerful and an amazing smile. Totally great experience. I'll go back there. Good work.

We had my men for the 40th birthday in Barkers last night. The food was great as usual, but especially our server Marty is a rock star! The best server ever!!

Had a great birthday lunch! I had the mushroom swiss burger and it was amazing. This place can actually make a medium rare burger that is truly medium rare!!!
