An undefeated Franconian private brewery that has been since the 14th. It should be a century. A secret tip is the self-damped beer that has a not as strong smoke taste as the Bamberger Smokebiere. There are also camps and wheat beer. The food is simple, but delicious. Recommended is half-baked carp.
