Excellent experience! This was undoubtedly my favorite restaurant in Manaus. Also located in a very safe and beautiful area, it is a great place for a romantic dinner date. Hubby and I came to dinner on Tuesday night and it was quite cold and not many people. Food was absolutely amazing. For beginners we had Pastell de carne seca com queijo kohleho and it was honest the best pastel I ever had!! Tried the Mojito, which was prepared with sparkling water against sprit and it was so smooth and delicious! In addition, the Guardião had drink made with cupuaçu. Very delicious local cuisine in unique combination congratulations to the cook. Perfect Filé by Tambaqui in crust of Brazilian nuts, banana pure and perfectly contrasting black Tucupi sauce. The fresh juices are worth a recommendation. Great service mild, contemplative, sufficient.
