Barometer Restaurant And Bar

Went with Kathy and Brian before Andrews third game in France.We found this to be friendly and the food was good as bar food gets.The Caesar salad was very good.Had the appetizers of fried cauliflower which was fair and the calamari which was good.For dinner we had the fish and chips. It was a very big portion and was pretty good.Service was ok. We wound up winning game 6-5 in a crowed arena.

Fantastic service and food. We were especially well looked after by Ellie and Charlotte who we could see were working incredibly hard. Between five of us we spent about 600 Euros in there. If it had not been for Ellie and Charlotte and other staff and the excellent menu, we would have gone elsewhere. Ellie and Charlotte should definitely be praised and held onto by the manager.

This a very friendly pub style bar that we used as our local for the week that we were in Meribel.On our first visit we met the resident dog and then we got to meet his owner Clive who is a top bloke, Clive took great delight in shouting us a round of mystery shots each night which we thoroughly enjoyed.We ate here a couple of times as well and the food was quite nice.

Went here a few times for some apres ski.The bar was always buzzing, the drinks were fairly reasonable and if you got peckish they did some good finger food.The staff were really friendly and helpful and the owner was also a nice guy.If you want a decent bar with a good buzz then this is the place. We had a really superb sirloin steak here with maybe the best light chips in the whole of Meribel. Only pub grub but really good quality. Highly recommended especially out of normal restaurant hours.Example..4pm..lunch as we did..Reasonable price for the quality served. Friendly service too.

Good selection of beer, big big burgers,fries and good array of TVs for champions league. Amiable owner even turned off chill out Muzak for footie commentary Unisex toilets can be a surprise when you first encounter Comfortable ,warm with good friendly atmosphere Prices piste typical

I have been coming to Meribel for many years now and the Barometer has been a staple during this time. it is unfortunate that attitude of the staff has taken a dive and has really nothing new to offer. it still offers good nights for live football otherwise its a real dive

super friendly, great with children. very busy, there twice on Monday / Tuesday restricted menu, as a cook out, but understandable. pizza amazing, like chicks and tempura. cocktails also good!

6 gin and tonics (actually only 5 tonics) cost us €80! Really? It is a lovely bar but how ridiculous
