My second time being there, food is really good, large portion sizes. The issue is with the waitresses, some are rude and think they are better than everyone. Very cold and unwelcoming specially if you point out something wrong with the order or bill. The manager was lovely at sorting out the issues though, but he really needs to assess the kind of staff he hires. The disrespect that one waitress had in particular was outrageous (blonde/brown hair, glasses, slim fit). She acted like she owned the place and still had the audacity to ask for service charge after a terrible attitude. Would be a lovely place to come often if the staff were nice. Needs better customer service. It's a shame really...
Had a fabulous time celebrating my sons birthday which started off with a brunch at Barracuda, as always the staff are friendly and always serve with a smile, tasty food with big portions and the atmosphere is great. Management were great when they found out we were there for a birthday, didn’t waste time in bringing a Prosecco to toast the birthday. Highly recommended the place which also has a great and varied menu. Food: 5

This is a fantastic spot for a family lunch! They have an amazing selection of dishes, and the portion sizes are generous. Everything we tried tasted delicious, and I would definitely recommend it!

The staff is very friendly, and there's a great selection of food with generous portions. I would definitely recommend this place. It's also easy to find parking after 6:30 PM.
