Das "Barterre" mit seinem französischen Vintage-Stil muss man einfach besucht haben. Sie ist eine der besten Cocktailbars der Stadt. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen vor dem Park verweilen. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht; wir hatten aber das Glück, noch 2 Plätze an der Bar zu bekommen. Das war sehr zu unserem Vorteil, da wir dem exzellenten Barkeeper beim Mixen zuschauen konnten. Eine klasse Auswahl an super Cocktails und hochwertigen Spirituosen wird hier serviert. Der Barkeeper versteht sein Handwerk und die sehr freundliche Beratung, auch für die Weinauswahl, ist perfekt und rundet das gelungene Gesamtpaket des "Barterre" ab. An einem ruhigen Abend haben wir diesen heimeligen Ort besucht und bei gutem Bier und einem feinen Margherita den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Lokalität ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Getränkekarte sehr umfangreich und jeden Freitagabend gibt es ab 17.30 Uhr ein Buffet mit mediterranen Köstlichkeiten. Aktuell ist am Sonntag und Montag geschlossen. Es hat im Moment keine Aussensitzgelegenheit, dafür ist es drinnen um so gemütlicher. In der Stadt mit der zweithöchsten Restaurantdichte der Schweiz sollte man sich dieses Lokal unbedingt auch einmal ansehen.

Endlich eine Bar welche ihrem Namen als Bar auch alle Ehre macht! Sympathisches Publikum, ein Chef welcher eine Ahnung von seinem Metier hat und weiss was er tut! Keine kichernde Barmaid welche nur als Platzhalter dort ist!Publikum im mittleren Alter, tolle Atmosphäre! Super Weinempfehlungen;-) Immer gerne mal wieder!

This is my second visit and their drinks are truly awesome. The variety and selection of mixed drinks is vast, and the ingredients are fresh, fun, and fantastic. On this visit I'm having a "New Fashioned" made with Bourbon, Fig Syrup, Rosemary, and Angostura, and it is superb, indeed!

Unfreundliche Bedienung, wir wurden schroff und herablassend bedient. Wir haben die Bar als 8er Gruppe betreten. Alle haben ein Alkoholisches Getränk bestellt, ausser der Fahrer eine Cola. Dies wurde herablassend und sehr schnippisch kommentiert mit "Wir sind eine Cocktailbar".
