Terrible customer service with staff members who can 't communicate nor do they respect customers. My friends ordered before I was even given the chance to order for myself, when the server rudely asked me to step back so she could serve someone else before me. I was fine with that, and stepped back. Unfortunately my step wasn 't far enough and the staff member stated some people don 't know how to take a step back . Shocked that someone with a poor attitude works in service, I left without placing an order. My poor friends who already ordered were served by the staff literally screaming their name and tossing their order before running in the back. They ordered the burritos, which were made...
Used to be one of my favourites. I don’t know what happened, but the quality went waaaaay downhill. Really too bad! Coffee and food have actively been bad the last several visits.Had to come back and lower a star to say it’s never a good look when the business tries to excuse terrible product and service instead of trying to make it right. At least a dozen of us just in one circle have noted nothing has been good, over multiple visits, in quite some time.We kept trying because we want to support local, but if your customers are telling you it’s not cutting it (particularly when it used to be great) maybe the answer is to actually work on improving instead of dodging accountability.
