Food tastes good don 't get me wrong! Service changed. I Use to go there and they use to full my bowl container of potatoes. I went last time and I arrived on on the last batch of potatoes the lady did not want to put more! My plate was 60% full then usual. I asked if she would put more of the new batch coming she said no! And she wanted to charge me an extra for taboulé(parsley) in my shishtaouk (mind you I only put tomatoes and lettuce only), it was never like this before. Why should I pay for less? I won 't be going there anymore simply.
Just finished having a shawarma (beef) pita and it really wasn't anything special. This Basha location does not stand out next to its competitors (Amir and Boustan across the street). The price is standard (it may be just a little bit cheaper but not very significant) and the food is worse. It wasn't necassarily bad but I'm a regular at Boustan and Boustan just blows basha away. It would be nice if they grilled the pita's more or if they added more unique traditional flavours. I probably won't be back, unfortunately.

I think there are new owners 180° improvement in quality: awesome! No mistakes in the orders, every single component was tasty, meats, sides, salads. We had 3 platters: shish taouk, shawarma and combo. The taboule was impeccable, fresh and not too much lemon to overpower the taste of the fresh parsley.

Door says open until 9 a.m., Google says open until 9 a.m., but still doors are locked up laboriously before. This happened on 3 different occasions. Wth Basha!! Delivery to Uber was available, but not picking up, how does it make sense at all?
The food at this restaurant is delicious! The owners and staff are also incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you for the great experience!
This restaurant is awful! The sauce is barely there and the potatoes look like they were cooked the day before. Boustan is 100% better.
Very hospitable, great food, authentic, large part and fresh made, which is very unique.. I would definitely be back for more..????

Excellent service. The cashier was adorable. Very, very generous food portions. However not the best food quality.
By and far, the BEST shawarma wrap and potatoes combo that I have ever enjoyed.
