My husband and I went for a chicken plate which we have ordered frequently on past visits The server gave us something we never requested which was calked a Basha Sante because we asked to change the regular salad to an avocado salad. Been going to this location since It was great back then, they filled your plate, chicken and beef were both full of taste. As years went by they started to be stingy. Counting tomato slices when putting in plate, charging for extra sauce, etc.....the quality of meats went down too. But I don't know what happened but onwards it improved. I am guessing they saw Boustan opening up in west island. The chicken was juicy and not dry like Boustan (on st jean). They give you both hummus and garlic and harissa sauces without charging extra (huge plus), the service is friendlier (young staff), overall great service. I love eating lunch in this unassuming lunch spot just off Des Sources. I try and get in about just as the staff are finishing their lunch and get first choice of the amazing fresh salads. The Sante plate allows a choice of three...salads and a choice of either spit roasted chicken or beef. You are always offered a choice between hummus and the garlic sauce try them both as once you have had the garlic sauce you will always chose it. I've had a bad experience at this location before (horrible service) so I hesitated to go back.. my mom convinced me to give it another try and so I gave in and I was seriously disappointed. I'm guessing that the boy who served me was...new because he kept messing up my order, which I didn't mind until the manager started making rude comments towards me and the boy serving us. Overall the food isn't bad but the service is the reason why I will not be returning. I'd rather spend my money at a restaurant that will treat me with respect.
The food and service at this restaurant are excellent. The chicken shish taouk plate is very good with generous portions, and I also enjoyed the chicken shish taouk pita with a choice of salad. The fattoush mixed salad is delicious. Everything is made daily with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The owner and staff are very friendly and provide exceptional service. Visiting Basha restaurant is always a joy.
I can be considered a regular this spot. The food is fresh, great taste, and good portion. The service is great, folks serve you a smile. The menu is not extensive but good healthy choices. Easy to order is you work in the area and...it's too busy at the office to go out. You might want to try the hot sauce, it has the right kick without making you sweat! Enjoy
Not all Basha restaurants are the same. This one is fantastic. They use high-quality ingredients, offer a beautiful selection of salads, and provide friendly service. While some places may have dry shawarma meat, this Basha serves juicy and flavorful meat.

We visit this restaurant a few times a month on weekends for their delicious chicken plates, assiette, or pita sandwiches. The staff is always friendly and the food is consistently delicious.
it was much easier to call in our order than to use the online order. eating was delicious and plentiful. it was hard to select a favorite
