Basic Urban Kitchen

Not really sure how this place stays open? 5pm on a Tuesday and there’s a sign on EVERY table says “no server, order at bar”. Ok, we order a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage and a pitcher of beer. Pizza comes out and it’s cut into slices that are so oddly shaped that we are tearing them up trying to split them up into smaller portions. Topping quantity for the price was disappointing. Pepperoni was decent. Sausage was virtually nonexistent. As we are eating our pizza and finishing off the pitcher, someone comes up, removes the sign on the table that says “no service, order from the bar” and says, “I have a party coming in and you need to leave in fifteen minutes”. Overall it was really good. You can make your pizza with different dough and toppings, the only topping they didn’t have and we really like as a family was pineapple (don’t judge). The ingredients were really generous, sauce and cheese were so good. The pizza was ready really fast. The only thing I can say I didn’t like was that the dining table outside was a little dirty and asked for it to be cleaned and they didn’t did a great job, you could still see the dried juice… oh well I would definitely will return and be a bit more vocal about the table cleaning

Excellent customer service. Accidentally ordered a Large Pepper instead of a Large Pepperoni . Phone operator and staff understood my mistake and offered to make the pizza I intended To order. I already loved this place for their delicious pizza, but their customer service is unbeatable. They made my night.

I’ve been doing a test on margarita pizza at all of the restaurants in gaslamp and little Italy. The size of the pizza was very good, but the interior of the pizza was not cooked properly or completely at all. Also, I didn’t feel there was enough basil. Reserva una mesa ahora

The pizza was expertly prepared. We ordered it to go, and the family size portion was quite generous. The thin crust was delightful. The potato bacon topping is unique but definitely worth a try.

Great pizza! It's probably the thinnest pizza I have ever had. Did not disappoint. Wish if the atmosphere was less loud and the bathrooms had a bit more light Would definitely be back!

Went there on a Wed. Night about a week ago and the restaurant was infested with Cockriaches outside. We moved inside and they were there also. Crawling on tables and walls. Nasty.

The pizza is delicious, and the service is excellent. The building has a really unique and appealing vibe. I would definitely visit this place again in the future. Reserva una mesa ahora
