Hervorzuheben sind die Bedienungen, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das wars dann aber. Das Essen ist nicht der Rede wert. Die „Lende Madagaskar“ war total totgebraten und war eher wie kleine Schnitzelchen geschnitten. Und ob es auch die angegebenen 250 Gramm hatte ist auch fraglich. Die nicht genießbare Sosse war mit Sicherheit aus der Tüte… Der „traditionelle Flammkuchen“ kam ohne Schmand daher, sah lieblos aus. War auch nicht der Brüller. Gegenüber beim großen M wäre das Geld besser angelegt gewesen.
Edit: Unfortunately there is only breakfast as a buffet. Of course the price is cheap, but the selection and quality were also better. Refilling the coffee also takes a bit of time....all in all it's lessened. I liked the previous breakfast options better...but there are also worse options for breakfast. No longer unbeatable at breakfast...in terms of price and quality...conditional recommendation.
Food perfect, staff but very strange. Aloof, they talk to you unfriendly, mostly Turkish, and they look at you as if you were poor or some are treated like second class. I really liked it here but wouldn't want to eat there again. Oh, the music is also very annoying when you listen to advertising in between and it stops every 3-4 minutes, just a tip
We used to enjoy going to the Basilico often. The prices have now become quite high, although the quality has not changed. My “macaroni” was penne pasta (and this was the second time). Because the room is quite small and it was quite full, it was very loud. The service was very inattentive and we had to keep drawing attention to ourselves.

The food was very good, there was a large selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes (the burger was good), we were given a separate room because we were there with 5 children, very child-friendly service, but generally very friendly as well.
My absolute favorite restaurant in Giessen; all the food is delicious, and I especially like the manager. He gave us a complimentary espresso.
I used to order from there very often. Over the course of the year, the place has gone downhill. Plastic wrap on the pizza is also unpleasant.
By far the best restaurant in the Gießen area: nice atmosphere, good service and delicious food.

I've rarely eaten so well. The food was delicious and hot. The service was nice and friendly.
Very nice location, nice people and although it was crowded, we were served quickly.
