Pasta with truffles. Outstanding. Salmon tartar which is slightly fried. A flavor of salmon never tasted before. Amuse geule was thin veal with chopped tomatoes and basil and capers. The tastes matched very well each other and it was reminescending of vitello tomato. The wine list offers some Italian marvels at very affordable prices. Service is cordially.
