I ordered a cake for thanksgiving hoping to enjoy it with family at home. I ordered the week on Tuesday for Thursday. I arrive to the store to pick up (as this isnt my first time) and the store is closed. I am disappointed that I wasn't told that it was going to be closed so I could have planned ordering for another day.
Love this Baskin Robbins. The owner is a very friendly and personable guy and the staff is very sweet here too. They are always helpful and allow you to sample the flavors they have to choose from. This location has a great selection of flavors and even offers a couple of dairy free flavors as well.
Terrible location!! Everything is always out of stock here, the employees are rude and simply do not care about doing their job! I have been to this location multiple times and it's the same bad service every single time.
LOVE, LOVE Baskin-Robbins world class chocolate ice cream!! They have so many great flavors but world class choc is my favorite! If you haven't tried it, you have got to, it's sooo good!? Reserva una mesa ahora
This location always seems to be out of stock, and even when you do find something available, they still manage to get your order wrong.
I check the surface of the ice cream to determine if it's fresh or if the top layer has melted or become stale.
The experience was disappointing; the service was poor, and I won't be returning to this restaurant.
