The experience was rather disappointing. The restaurant has long-time employees who have devoted years to their work, yet they are not given a day off even when they require surgery. It’s evident that this establishment values profit more than the well-being of its staff, giving off an impression of greed and a lack of consideration.
I placed an order 2 days before the pick up date for one of the fathers day ice cream cakes and when I arrived at the store there was no cake … the manager said That I have to order 4 to 5 days in advance….. the website tells u nothing like that! It simply asks for the time and date of pick up! I will never order from them again!
This particular Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins location is superior to other nearby locations in terms of food service quality. However, they do charge NJ sales tax on donuts, which should not apply in the state of New Jersey.
This Dunkin' is comparable to my favorite location in Little Ferry. It features a Baskin-Robbins, but unfortunately, it doesn't offer delivery options. I would give it a rating of 4 out of 5. Reserva una mesa ahora
I just ordered 3 milkshakes and a sundae , the milkshakes where mostly ice and they didn’t have brownie for my sundae, worst milkshake I ever tasted, it was delivered by Doordash.
I went here no Donuts the lady there was sitting down no one at the counter it looks like no one working in there
Coffee was very good and the staff were very nice an accommodating when i asked to make it hit again. Thank you
