This place is barely run at all. If I could make this a no star rating, I would. Or a negative five stars. The people that work here are third world immigrants who don 't care about the customers at all. They are inept, ignorant and horribly rude. I waited 15 minutes behind one couple to get served. One of the people, of the two that work there was messing with the thermostat on the wall and yelling about the temperature. She wasn 't helping anyone at all. Once the other woman started to help us, she ignored me and my daughter, after helping my other daughter, and started talking to another woman who had walked in after us. One night of the employees was making out with a girl in the other side of the register and that same night we were told that we had to leave because it was 10min before closing, which is ridiculous. I have never been kicked out out of nowhere in such rudemanner. If you need a place to make out found a room but don?t do it the work place. In addition they can never get your otherright. they barely speak English and if they make a mistake and you point it out they say is your fault. They have zeroknowledge of any kind of customer service and they are just straight rude. I highly, and I insist, highly recommend to avoidthis location at all cost.
The customer service at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I requested ice cream, but the server glanced at the container, walked away, and began serving coffee to other customers without acknowledging me. When I inquired about the situation, she didn't respond or make eye contact, and another server simply told me there was no ice cream before moving on to assist others. Based on my experience, this is the least friendly customer interaction I've ever encountered. It makes you question how this place remains in business. I won't be coming back!
We ordered a banana split, and the ice cream scoops were disappointingly small. The combined size of the three scoops was about equivalent to one and a half scoops. When I inquired about the size, the staff member simply mentioned that this is the standard scoop size and that it appears larger in the photo. We would have been better off purchasing three scoops of ice cream separately, which we would have felt was a better value for our money.

I've been visiting this place for a long time, and they consistently make your drinks just right. It's a great spot for anyone who enjoys sweets or desserts. The smoothies are perfectly smooth, exactly as they should be, and the ice cream is delicious. The establishment is always clean, and the customer service is excellent and quick. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick sweet treat.

Baskin-Robbins offers delicious ice cream in an exceptionally clean environment. It's cozy and not overly busy or loud, making it a great place to enjoy. Plus, there’s plenty of coffee on the menu!

Terrible experience! I waited an hour for them to find the cake I ordered, and they misled me by saying a friend had picked it up.
