This place is barely run at all. If I could make this a no star rating, I would. Or a negative five stars. The people that work here are third world immigrants who don 't care about the customers at all. They are inept, ignorant and horribly rude. I waited 15 minutes behind one couple to get served. One of the people, of the two that work there was messing with the thermostat on the wall and yelling about the temperature. She wasn 't helping anyone at all. Once the other woman started to help us, she ignored me and my daughter, after helping my other daughter, and started talking to another woman who had walked in after us. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. One night, an employee was openly making out with a girl right near the register, and shortly after, we were told we had to leave because it was ten minutes before closing. I've never been treated so rudely before; being kicked out like that was completely unacceptable. If someone wants to make out, they should do it somewhere private, not in the workplace.
Additionally, the staff consistently gets orders wrong and their English skills are limited. When mistakes happen and you bring them to their attention, they often shift the blame onto you. They really lack basic customer service skills and can be quite rude.

Not a very customer friendly place. Asked for some ice cream and the server looked at the container, walked away and started servicing other customer's coffee. No answer. Then I asked what the issue was, she did not respond, would not even look at me, but another server just said no ice cream and then continued with other customers. This is in my opinion and in my experience the most unfriendly customer interface I have ever experienced. One wonders how this survives. Never to return!
We ordered a banana split, and the ice cream scoops were disappointingly small. The combined size of the three scoops was about equivalent to one and a half scoops. When I inquired about the size, the staff member simply mentioned that this is the standard scoop size and that it appears larger in the photo. We would have been better off purchasing three scoops of ice cream separately, which we would have felt was a better value for our money.

I've been visiting this place for a long time, and they consistently make your drinks just right. It's a great spot for anyone who enjoys sweets or desserts. The smoothies are perfectly smooth, exactly as they should be, and the ice cream is delicious. The establishment is always clean, and the customer service is excellent and quick. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick sweet treat.
I had a terrible experience at this Baskin Robbins. The man at the counter was incredibly rude. When I requested a cover and a bag for my ice cream, he rolled his eyes at me. To make matters worse, when I got home and checked the bag, he had put my ice cream in upside down. I definitely do not recommend this place.
I would to hate say because I'm african American but I was there waiting to place my order for ice cream when she walked away to serve a white police officer and another white male customer. She never even said I will be back so I left. I will not spend money where I'm not wanted
Ordered a two scoop Sunday with caramel and whip. This is what I got. I asked if there were two scoops inside and he said, Yes, the scoops in sundae 's are smaller . Whoever worked 12/10/22 around 9:30pm needs to be further trained on the job and customer service.
