This particular DD (i.e. Dunkin' Donuts) I really like; as they are quite fast, in taking your order and returning with your items. To top it off, they are also very pleasant and professional. The only caveat I perceive is that it takes awhile before they get out to clean the tables and the space in the eating area. If they would resolve this matter, a 5 star rating would be easily achieved. Also, they need to inspect the chairs; as at least one of them has a fissure half the length of the chair! And accident waiting to happen.
I would advise against visiting Baskin Robbins as it has really gone downhill. I tried to use my birthday coupon and the employee couldn't figure out how to redeem it. Additionally, I had to wait nearly 5 minutes to be served at the ice cream counter. I am extremely disappointed with my visit and will not be coming back.

These ladies consistently fail to follow instructions and are terribly skimpy, even when paying extra. Buyer beware, review your order.
