My daughter's birthday party was completely ruined because the restaurant did not have the cake she wanted. I placed an order for the birthday cake online a week in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, it was not available. The employee claimed they had tried to inform me that they do not do special order cakes, but I never received any calls, messages, or cancellation emails. I was charged for the cake even though they couldn't provide it. They did not offer a refund or even an apology for the inconvenience.
Typical Dunkin Donuts, but the service is incredibly slow. It is so slow that I have started going to a location further away because the wait times are too long. I believe they are understaffed, as every time I go there is one girl working hard but struggling to keep up. The franchise owner needs to hire more staff, especially during peak hours in the morning.
