The man's lack of knowledge on how to use the POS system should not result in me being subjected to his sarcasm or have my money taken. I was already having a bad day, and to top it off, I paid full price for a poorly made milkshake.

Additionally, when I requested to substitute the hot fudge in my sundae for caramel, I was assured it could be done. However, they forgot to actually include any caramel. Overall, I would suggest avoiding this place if you are looking for quality ice cream.
I went to this restaurant with my son. There was only one staff member handling everything, so it took us a while to be served. Unfortunately, the milkshake machine was out of order, so we had to order something else instead. Overall, the experience was okay, but the main downside was the amount of time it took to be served.

Kids are almost always unprofessional. Not to mention the close whenever they want, dont know why they bother posting hours of operation.
Love this Dunkin Donuts Hot and iced coffee are phenomenal and muffins are so Good
