I ordered a custom cake for my son 8th birthday. 5 days in advance. put the pickup for midday on the day of his birthday while he was in school. at 3:30 to pick up before he came home from school. there was no cake. they gave it to the “make cakes” people. they have my number and said I was back in an hour. Ordered a cake a week in advance, when we went to pick it up they said it hasn't been started and the manager is the only one that does the custom cakes. They then told us the manager stepped out and would be back in 15 minutes to start the cake. I called 30 minutes later and when I asked them about the cake, they literally put the phone down and I could hear them in the background. I waited for 5 minutes, hung up and tried calling back, but the phone line was busy. So, I went back in person just to find out the manager still hasn't been back and no cake. In fact, there were no Baskin Robbins employees anymore, only Dunkin employees. This was at 6pm, when the cake was scheduled to be complet...
So I came into the store and as soon as I did the employees walked outside to talk to somebody in a car. I sat there for 5 minutes waiting, as an employee was in the back making something (I can't blame him because he didn't seem like he was a cashier). So after the employees finally came back in, I stood there as they were talking about something, and then proceeded to keep walking away from me and I stood there and stared at them and they looked at me talked over the intercom and then kept going about their day. So I stood there for another minute without being helped, before walking out of the store entirely.
The absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. We went to the drive through before they closed and they still gave us the worst attitude ever. There was one lady who yelled at us and basically threw a milkshake at us. Everybody at this location was SO confused and had no idea what they were doing.I ordered a cotton candy ice cream and they gave me the wrong ice cream..The attitude of this one lady really ruined my night.

all lables (except 4) were removed in the freezer, so, they did not know what taste ice it was, the best safety practice definitiw not practiced in the load (we are still in the middle of a pandemic) and the dame driving through the work was not inviting. in which did you lack a friendly customer service ton gave me the impression that she didn't want to be there?

Our DoorDash order was cancelled by the restaurant just before closing time, and this was the second time it had happened to us with this particular restaurant.
Great ambiance at this restaurant. The food was served promptly and the drinks were tasty, although there may have been something missing.

They say on the on the sign posted on the door that they close at 10pm. When I got there at 8:45, the door was locked.
The restaurant is never open, with every light on in the building but Baskin Robbins closed.
