I visited Baskin-Robbins at 9 PM and noticed there were four employees on duty. One employee told me to "hold on" and went to the back, while two others attempted to take my order. I wanted to try the Oreo Cold Brew Blast, but one of the girls informed me that only one employee, who works the morning shift, knows how to make it. It's surprising because it's just a blend of ice cream, coffee, and Oreos—something anyone could prepare. Love the variety on the Baskin-Robbins menu, but it would be great if all staff were trained on it!
This location feels like a blend of Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts. Morning coffee staff occasionally struggle with language barriers, leading to errors during busy times. The ice cream section can be inconsistent as well; sometimes the freezer breaks down, causing soft serve to be served instead of the regular hard ice cream. Despite these problems, the staff keeps serving the ice cream without resolving the issues.
I visited Baskin-Robbins on New Year's Eve to enjoy a hot fudge sundae. Unfortunately, the ice cream had ice crystals and lacked flavor. I requested extra hot fudge, but when the server went to get it, the pot sounded empty, and I didn't receive even a single squirt. The server seemed completely uninterested in his job. I'd rather skip dessert altogether than return to this location.
