To make a long story short, I was informed that they had forgotten to place the order with the cake decorator, so the cake wasn't ready. I placed an order for three small chocolate shakes and one medium shake, but they informed me they could only make the small ones. I accepted that, but then they just handed me a coffee instead. When we finally received the shakes, they turned out to be just chocolate milk with no ice at all. I ended up waiting a long time for what was supposed to be a treat.
