Very friendly staff... Multiple people came up to ask me if I needed anything which was a great problem to have. Rose went above and beyond to get me some Rocky Road ice cream. I told her that I really wanted rocky road but I didn't see it and she allowed me to sample a couple more that I might like but in the end I told her I was really still craving the Rocky Road. She went to the back and looked to see if they had any more and came back and let me know that they had one quart left. That was perfect since that is what I was going to purchase anyway. Great job overall! 5 stars!

in and ordered 2 large milkshakes. paid $16.00 for 2 cups of ice with chocolate flavor 2 scoops vanilleeis per cup and a little milk. we had to tell the girl that it was mixed again and added more milk because they were thick to drink. everyone knows that a milkshake is made with ice, milk and taste. we called back the location after we tried to drink it to talk to a manager, and the entity was very rude. we will never return to this site or recommend that someone go to the Huntersville site.

Clean, friendly and fast when I visited. The person that took our orders was very polite and attentive. One of the first times, my kids order two scoops of ice cream and what they got looked like a cup full of ice cream. This Baskin-Robbins is also a Dunkin Donuts. I syill believe their coffee beats Starbucks' hands down!

I needed an cake immediately that is big enough to serve for a 20 people party.Bailey from their team helped me to get a cake in 10 mins over the phone and also wrote my message on cake.Thanks a lot to bailey for your amazing work.
