I have never received my custom order from this restaurant. After reading another review, it seems this might be a common issue for them. I ordered a custom ice cream cake online through baskinrobbins.com for a special birthday celebration and gave them 24 hours to prepare it. Before heading in to pick it up, I attempted to call and check on its status, but the call went to voicemail, and the mailbox was full. The food here is generally quite good, but the service is incredibly slow. The staff preparing my ice cream shakes move at a snail's pace, so I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're in a hurry. Their sluggishness feels unnecessary, almost like they're making shakes in slow motion. I also found the employees to be a bit odd. One time, an Indian lady was making my shake while loudly screaming into her phone, which seemed very unprofessional. Additionally, the Indian guy at the counter overcharged me. I purchased a LARGE smoothie, and the guy who made it must be a manager, or at least very concerned about the bottom line, because he went for for smallest banana, and put in one scoop of frozen yogurt he went to use ice cream at first, probably cheaper? I hate to pay for something, and then have the server cut every corner he can.
