If I could give zero starts I would!!! I had called this store at 11:17 Am about a cake and I described in detail what cake I was looking for and asked if they had any pre made. The lady on the phone said yes they did. When I went into the store the only customers in the store were the ones eating their ice cream. The lady kinda helped me she seemed super confused about what I was asking for. Then walked away to do something else. I then called to talk to a manager and she was super rude!! She basically told me that she had been there since they opened and I never called the store they have caller ID and I never called the store that morning and I told her that I also had phone logs and I kn...
Y'all are ridiculous. The hours on your door and Google say that you close at 10 pm, but the doors are locked at 9:10 pm when we got here and probably earlier. Change the hours if y'all gonna close that early, waste of time and gas smh. Someone in there cleaning didn't even acknowledge that the place is closed and just ignored everyone. Will not ever come here again.
I visit this restaurant every two weeks, and the staff are consistently friendly and modern in their service. Whether it's busy or quiet, the quality remains outstanding. They offer a wide variety of options, and the employees are always accommodating.
I waited in line for 15 minutes, and then someone cut right to the front. Who was it? A "valued customer." I realized I wasn't considered one of those, so I decided to leave. What a frustrating experience!

The girl working was really nice. She's a keeper. I had Very Berry Strawberry cone and my husband had Coffee cone. Delicious!?? Sorry no pics ate it up.?
I had the perfect milkshake made by a lovely young woman who looked like she was a bit older than me. It brought back some fond memories!
