My girlfriend and I went out some errands today and at the end of our run we decided for coffee but went for Baskin Robbins and what a big decision even tho it cold outside she got this couch with caramel and reese's and I got a cappacinno explosion so good we was cold
I accidentally dropped my new iceccream cone on th floor and the customer service rep gave me a new one free of charge. Also, without my asking, he had me try some samples that he thought were similar enough to my order that I would like them. He was right!
I had one of my worst customer service experiences with an attempted custom cake order. After returning twice and asking three times, I received the wrong cake, and don't know whether the custom cake was ever actually made.
I highly recommend this place! It was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, AND this location has parking. I stopped today at 8:30 and they were open. I ordered a Jamoca pecan chocolate ice cone cream. Delicious!!! Reserva una mesa ahora
Had the best Macchiato bubble ice coffee ever made!!! And my friend had a sunglass made with so care that we both enjoyed our treatment for the evening
They only had 4 ice cream flavors available and 1 was melted. The customer service wasn't even good either. Very disappointed.
