The restaurant is clean, though it feels a bit dim inside, as if some of the lights were off. However, the gentleman at the register was very pleasant and greeted us warmly as we entered. I had a hard time deciding on a milkshake, so I asked for his recommendation. He suggested the Cookie Monster ice cream, and I have to say, it was quite delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and plan to return.
Parking: There's a medium-sized parking lot with approximately 30 available spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to enter the building, and the lobby doors are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs.
If I could give ZERO stars I would.Ordered 2 double scoop items withtopping. The store was out of the icecreamflavor ordered so the dasher called to seeif I wanted a substitution. After gettingthe substitution request the worker at BRwas really RUDE to the doordasher,ignored her then denied the substitution (iwas on the phone the entire time). This isnot fair to the doordash employees formerchants to be rude to them and ignorethem when THEY allowed an out of stockitem to be purchased. This merchantshould be ashamed of themselves and iwish the door dash worker would have gotthem individual name who was rude tothem.
The only positive aspect of this place is that it claims to be open 24/7. However, what's the point if the employee stops everything to restock the doughnut shelf at 1 AM, leaving customers waiting? Those doughnuts won't spoil if you take a quick 10-minute break to serve your customers instead of making them wait over 30 minutes. The customer service is nonexistent. The employee struggles with English, making it clear that not everyone can wait that long for you to do your job.
The ice cream here is never frozen to the correct temperature. It is always too soft. I kept thinking there is a freezer problem. Haven’t gone in months because of this. Stopped by tonight… same thing.. soft mushy ice cream…

Complete rip off. $12 bucks for 3 tiny little half melted scoops of ice cream, missing all the the toppings. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else!!!
Ordered an ice cream cake for my wife's birthday several days prior. I showed up on the day of and no cake... Will not be coming back
They close earlier than their advertised hours, so be cautious if you're planning to order late.
