When I picked it up and asked for just the cap decoration shown in the photo on the website, I was told that they don’t actually make graduation cakes, despite being informed otherwise when I placed my order. There was an additional $14.99 charge for the photo decoration, which I expected, but I was shocked by how the color turned out. The cake looked like a character from "The Simpsons" because the colors were so off—it was incredibly embarrassing for such a significant occasion. I had requested a blue and gold color theme, as mentioned in the cake description, but what I received was a plain white cake with no decorations or colors.

Writing an email to corporate as I write this as she felt the need to follow my mother in law outside after she denied her entry in the store when my mother in-law tried to open the door due to the “OPEN” sign being ON at 10:05. Yes, now we know due to this horrid event that they close at 10 PM. Her not doing her job right ultimately led to her being annoyed by my mother in law asking if it was closed. She followed her outside and said “don't you see it’s closed lady??? We close at 10! The service was prompt and friendly, even late in the evening, and the staff member offered delightful suggestions for flavor combinations to try. The seating area is limited, with fewer than 15 seats, making it less suitable for large groups. However, parking is plentiful since the shop is located in a strip mall. Overall, it was a fantastic ice cream shop experience.

The lady that helped me with my order was amazing! I ordered a cake from the store for my boyfriend's birthday and wanted a little extra decor on top. She texted me photos of what she was doing and in the end was perfect. Very patient and attentive. I appreciate her ability to help me last minute!
I needed an ice cream cake decorated quickly for a last-minute celebration to congratulate my mom on becoming a US citizen. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond in decorating and personalizing the cake.
