Baskin-robbins - Reservar una mesa

The Baskin Robbins in Cedar Hill does NOT stock chocolate ice cream. They do not sell the chocolate flavor. It is SUPER frustrating and VERY disappointing. So if you want chocolate ice cream, your best bet is to go the the Grand Prairie location off of Carrier Parkway. I asked them-the Grand Prairie location-about their protocol (because they ALWAYS have chocolate when I go) and they told me they are required to always have chocolate on hand at all times. (They order an excess of chocolate and other popular flavors in order to keep them in their inventory due to the popularity of them). That makes complete sense and very logical a no-brainer in my opinion.

I have attempted to go here multiple times for a cappuccino blast. 2/3 times they didn’t have the fixings or even the ice cream I’d take in lieu of it. This time, they have two people that have to initiative. They won’t take cash unless you have exact change. With a line of people I’m not waiting to pay $7 for a medium. Don’t go here.

Walked in and the place was empty. The staff did not help us. Waited 10 minutes until someone took our order. We got several looks but everyone ignored us. Restrooms were gross and smelled really bad.

This is the only place NIE is in stock with basic ice-shop deliveries. No waffles, no spoons, no milk to make milk... Why are they open?

Very rude unhelpful staff! Did NOTHING to try to help me with a business receipt to expense.
