Today is January 28th, and we’re preparing for a significant snowstorm. With the pandemic and the incoming storm, I want to make sure my freezer is filled with ice cream and comfort food. This location is always immaculate, and the staff we've encountered are friendly and helpful. Thank you for consistently making us feel welcome whenever we stop by to satisfy our cravings, which occurs quite often! No matter the season, this is truly one of my favorite places to visit!
I have been visiting this Baskin-Robbins for almost 20 years, and the same owners have been running it the whole time. The service is consistently excellent, and there's never any rush when you’re placing your order. They’ve recently introduced a new drink called the mangonada, and it is absolutely delicious! It's a bit spicy, but really flavorful. I highly recommend this Baskin-Robbins in Kensington, MD.
I had no idea this location was here until I found it on Google Maps while searching for Baskin-Robbins. The store was tidy, and the staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. The parking lot is small, but there was enough space to park. The Stranger Things-themed flavors were a fun touch, although my all-time favorite will probably always be cookies 'n cream.

The ice cream cake I ordered was fantastic! I placed my order online and specified different frosting colors in the comments. A store representative reached out to confirm the frosting colors and decoration, and they customized it beautifully! I added the number 8 candle myself, but everything else was done by them!

This location deserves four stars for its excellent customer service. Although we don't visit frequently since Baskin Robbins can be a bit pricey for our family, the staff is always friendly, polite, and helpful, even during the late hours.
