Stopped to get ice cream cones. No other customers were in the store except my husband and I. After waiting a considerable amount of time to be waited on we asked if one of the 5 workers standing together talking could wait on us. That was bad enough but when we actually got the cones we realized that this was not a reputable business. The amount of ice cream in each cone was less than other establishments give for a kiddie cone yet they had the nerve to call it a small cone. All kidding aside, the amount of ice cream was a scant tablespoon where the ice cream barely reached the tap of the cone .When I inquired about the amount of ice cream they had the nerve to ask if I was being sarcastic....

There was only one worker who I assumed to be a customer when I first walked in. He was in a phone call while eating a breakfast sandwich, sitting in the lobby area. Never would have thought that he was an employee let alone a manager. He walked behind thecounter and he was still talking on the phone. He saw me and didn?t take my order or help me. So I called him out and evenafter, he hung up the phone a minute later. Service was trash. Attitude was trash. Would give zero stars if I could.

We arrived at 10:15, looking forward to enjoying some ice cream after a long, exhausting day of dancing. Unfortunately, they were closed, despite their posted hours indicating they close at 11. This was a significant disappointment for my whole team, and I don’t plan on returning because of this experience.
I was served ice cream by Sarvaya, and I couldn't believe what I received. The scoop looked full from the outside, but it was completely empty inside. If you’re going to charge customers premium prices, please don’t be stingy with the portions—provide better service!
I dont know why the reviews for this place are so bad.The young man at the counter today had excellent customer service/communication skills and was very attentive to detail. Made a perfect Cappuccino Blast.
The service was very disappointing, and the portion sizes were quite small. The food lacked flavor, and the staff was unhelpful and rude in their responses.

Baskin-Robbins was closed when I visited, as they are undergoing renovations. The place also appeared to be quite dirty.
