Today was my first visit to this Baskin-Robbins location. When I walked in, none of the three employees greeted me, and they didn’t acknowledge my presence for about five minutes. While I usually appreciate generous servings, my banana split was overloaded with toppings to the point that I had to scrape some off. Additionally, the container and bag were sticky, so I had to use hand sanitizer to clean my hands. That said, once I removed the extra toppings, the banana split tasted delicious. While I was sitting there, the front door was locked without any sign indicating that customers should use the drive-thru instead. This left some people confused. I might give this location another chance...
The quality of service at this Baskin-Robbins varies depending on the time of day. Sometimes the staff can be a bit impatient. When I ordered a dozen donuts, I was still choosing when the employee began putting donuts into my box without asking. I had to tell her that if the three donuts she added weren’t free, she shouldn’t pick them for me. Despite this, the location is close to my home, which is why I keep coming back.
I went today by the drive thru and ask for a chocolate milk shake, when I got to the window he brought a strawberry shake. I told him that I asked for a chocolate shake. Then he went back and when he returned he said that the manager had said that they had already made that one. So I left. This is unacceptable! I’ll never go back. This location is horrible if you want fresh delicious ice cream. And the customer service leaves very little to be desired. Don't waste your time shopping here for ice cream, you will be very annoyed.

An employee was talking to someone and allowed that person to cut in line ahead of us. We ended up waiting over ten minutes and still weren't served, so we decided to leave.
This location is HORRIBLE! I could do a long review just know they never get our basic milkshake orders right. All of the reviews are true.
Need to use gloves when serving customers, stop messing with and adjusting mask, change gloves
No good selection of ice cream, and chinchy!
