Sadly I experienced all negative reviews about the terrible, unwelcoming customer service here during a slow Saturday late afternoon. The 3 workers didn’t acknowledge me at all as I was waiting to order for over 5-10 minutes (there were no other customers in line). After the young woman finished making a smoothie, she ignored me to help people who just walked in on the Dunkin Donuts line, while the older man stared at me while refilling the ice cream in front of me and didn’t offer to help. It was very awkward. Please improve your business, staff, and customer service so you don’t lose business like you did today.
I really enjoy the ice cream from this place, especially the Rocky Road flavor. They offer a wide range of flavors, but they could improve their selection of toppings and customer service. As far as I know, they only offer 3 or 4 toppings, such as M&Ms, rainbow sprinkles, and nuts. It would be great if they added more options like chocolate chips, various nuts, or even Oreo cookies. The staff working behind the counter are diligent, but they could work on providing a more pleasant customer experience by being kinder to customers.
The order for the fat free frozen yogurt I placed in Door dash was made incorrectly, missing the brown bites. The worst part was finding a piece of hair after 2 bites killing my excitement and appetite. I called the store and had difficulty getting help due to the fact that they didn't speak English. Finally after 3 tries someone was put on the call who told me he will cancel my order and I should call DD to receive a refund. I don't suggest placing an online order here through any delivery site.
I wish I could give it a 0 stars. Don’t go here! Staff is very rude. I ordered 3 ice creams and a iced caramel latte but not a single order was correct. The drink was not mixed and had so much ice when I told him less ice. He gave me the wrong ice cream flavor and when I asked him if it was mango he said yes. Later after trying it, it was totally not mango and when I went in to complain, they started yelling and fighting even more and didn’t give me another ice cream. Very rude staff

Dropped into the local Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins after school ... bad idea. With 12 people in line there were originally 2 people behind the counter making drinks, getting donuts and scooping ice cream. After a few minutes, one of the workers disappears and there is now just one guy serving everyone?! They need to work on their staffing.
Prices are higher than other locations and service is poor.. go elsewhere Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very clean and well maintained. Associates are very friendly and helpful. Food were very good and fresh.
