I didn't receive the correct flavor for my quart, and I never got a call from Baskin-Robbins informing me that a particular flavor was unavailable. I got a refund, and when another two quarts arrived, they were wrong as well. Additionally, the banana split didn’t even include bananas or any toppings!
I specifically ordered two scoops of Rocky Road and Cookies and Cream, but I received a quart of ice cream with two empty cups instead! Who taught you how to serve?
I love Baskin-Robbins; it's great, of course. However, I didn't receive what I ordered, and I didn't get a full refund. I only got back $2.
