I went to this location today after reading online that BR has dairy free flavors.When I asked what flavors were dairy free, they said all the had that was would be the fat free vanilla frozen yogurt. Hmmm... I read the ingredients and wow, it 's frozen yogurt, very dairy full.What 's more is that I did see the lemon sorbet, which the site has listed as dairy free. The staff had no idea what they had and at least 5-10 ice creams weren 't labeled at all.Honestly, an i don 't know would serve people with allergies far better than just lying about the selection....
I know the franchise is minority owned but I’m done attempting to support the business. I have been trying to get an ice cream flavor that only BR carries and it’s been out of stock with several other flavors for over a month now. The owners are making it difficult for their staff to service the customers because it’s very frustrating when you cannot get what’s on the menu. The staff are unhappy and it’s not fair. If you cannot afford to provide the flavors that are advertised, please shut your business down.
Every other night I play this fun game where I stop by a business, and try to just buy a single thing. Well that’s an impossible task, seeing as how this is just the next business to state that they are open, with open sign on and all, and still just act like they don’t hear you because they are too lazy to work. It’s 35 min till closing time btw. Worthless.
The shakes were extremely disappointing! They were basically just milk and far too overpriced at over $7.00 each. Where's the ice cream? Additionally, they didn't have the flavors we were looking for. In terms of both price and taste, they can't compete with Steak n Shake or Dairy Queen!

I drive across town to come here, only to hear the rude attendant say they are out of strawberry, vanilla, chocolate and cookies and cream. It seemed like everything I asked for, she said they were out of it. Even milkshakes. I had to leave with a disappointed toddler.
This location is the worst! I ordered through DoorDash today and my order came all wrong and melted. And it wasn’t my dashers fault. Im never happy when I order from here. But this time was the worst and the last tim . You picked your job. Be good at it or quit.
Horrible location just starting to feel like the employees anit trying to work i have come 4 days straight wanting oreo shake and the store always claims there out theres no way your out of something for weeks thats not even on shortage
Sunny Bharadh was fantastic! My son really wanted cotton candy ice cream, even though it wasn't on display. The staff went above and beyond by retrieving it from the storage freezer, making my son the happiest boy in the world!

Awful customer service! This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. The staff at the drive-thru was incredibly rude and condescending. They really need to update their menu at the drive-thru as well!
The baskin-Robbins in Bridgeton on St. Charles Rock Road is horrible. This place need to be closed down. They are always out of everything
