Baskin-robbins - Reservar una mesa

My son is not a fam of birthday cakes, but he does like ice cream cakes. Baskin Robbins was the only place I knew of to get one. I placed my custom order with one of the employees 5 days before the event. I purchased the double cake for his 21st birthday. The process of ordering was easy. They have sample books of what the cake will look like and different themes. The ice cream cake was a hit with our guests. This location is small on the end of a strip mall. There is some tables and chairs to enjoy your ice cream inside or they have a couple of outdoor tables and benches for those who prefer to enjoy outdoors. Nice to have a Baskin Robbins in the area.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this location. My girlfriend and I were helped by an unprofessional and very rude worker today. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was very tall and had long hair and wore a blue facemask, and we were taken aback by what seemed like he was shouting at us and very impatient. As a paying customer AT AN ICE CREAM SHOP I would expect friendliness from the employees and did not receive it from him. I don't think I'll be returning to this location with this unfriendly employee. My sundae however was delicious, hence the three stars. One star for this worker..

If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly one of the worst places to order a cake from. The staff is rude and there is zero responses when ordering online.

Never come again. The portion of ice cream given by the clerk was very small，my grandson was unhappy.
