So it’s the summer and it’s hot, kids wanted ice cream, McD machine probably not working so I stopped here. No one in line so I figured this should be quick and seamless transaction NOT THE CASE! I am tired spending my money at places where people are rude as possible and you can’t say anything because they are making your food! The blonde long hair chick can miss me because I will not be going back as long as she’s working there. It’s not like you’re getting paid to WORK so I’m sorry for coming in with money that helps pay your check! I am not a person that believes the customer is always right because they are not. I was very respectful and got nothing but lack of customer service. A shame...

Cashier was very rude and unhelpful. I requested two donuts, and 25 munchkins (powdered). She also told me there were no specific counts of munchkins, which is incorrect. Though I’m sure you COULD buy them individually. I asked her ahead of time if they had powdered munchkins, she said yes. When I ordered the twenty five she told me she only had 2. She then threw the 4 donuts I ended up selecting into a bag, so rudely. I was flabbergasted. Terrible service, worst Dunkin’ I have visited. Such a shame.

They are supposed to close at 10 pm , and I am a pregnant woman that has cravings, and they were closed at 9:45pm . And what upset me the most was the rude actitud of the girls that were working( looking at the phone when we asked for ice cream!!!

Ordered two scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone, one of the flavors was wrong, and the other one tasted like freezer-burned ice cream, with old nuts that tasted nasty. God, I hope I don't get sick. Reserva una mesa ahora

The cashiers were rude. The donuts was very dry. The raspberry-watermelon refresher was awful

Terrible management. Workers are always rude. Closes earlier then set time as well.

I went and used my birthday coupon. They have a good selection of ice cream.
