My experience at this Dunkin Donuts is always positive and professional! In all the times I've gone here to grab breakfast there was always a cashier to take my order and the food never took long, always fresh and tastes great. Great customer service, you won't be disappointed. My only suggestion for this location would be that there needs to be a drive thru option which would be a lot more convenient for drivers, but I see that with the type of building this is it probably isn't possible.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian menu options and you can even customize your favorite orders to not include meat. Was there on 4 off July 2023 The Expresso coffee was okay.But no Bathroom, they say they have no Bathroom, but they have 2 doors both say employees only.But one is the Bathroom. And apparently they have it for themselves not for the customers.As far as I know all Dunkin Donuts have Bathrooms for the customers.Something should be done for Bathroom service.????
I like the new renovations they've made here. The service is fine and having a Baskin Robbins right at the next counter doesn't hurt either.This place also has a set of tables where you can eat if you like to.
The staff here are so friendly that they believe I don’t mind waiting while they take some time to catch up on other tasks before taking my order.

Typical Dunkin atmosphere but the service is fabulous. The coffee is better than any other fast food place! And the donuts were fresh.
Ossining location. The young staff is friendly and welcoming. It's a pleasure to see them.
Finally we get the opportunity to sit with a friend and have a Dunkin'. Is it PC yet?
They could improve their cleanliness; everything appeared to be dirty.
