I ordered two root beer floats from Baskin-Robbins via Uber Eats, but they arrived without any root beer—just two cups of vanilla ice cream. I also ordered a sundae with caramel, which was missing too. If some items from the menu aren't available, the restaurant should inform the customer. I'm really disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1
I work late, and I often stop by the Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin' on my way home, as it claims to be open until 10 PM. Unfortunately, they rarely stick to their hours and usually close before 9:40, leaving me disappointed as they refuse to serve me. It's always a frustrating experience!
