Alright now. Disclaimer: I used to work here but I no longer do. I do patronize them often. The York rd and Joppa rd stores are by far the best BR franchises I have ever been to. The stores are CLEAN. The tubs of ice cream and freezers are always neat and clean in appearance. You will not see clumps of adjacent flavors in other tubs. Cake and prepackaged quart displays are full and orderly. If you want something different the employees will check the walk in to find something else you might like. This is a great Baskin Robins. The staff is always helpful and nice. They always say hello when you walk in. The service is fast. The restaurant is always clean. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter August 2014 and they were so helpful and explained everything and let me customize my cake as much as I wanted to. They did not make me feel rushed at all. Of course Baskin Robins ice cream is the best and I have had every single flavor. I have been eating Baskin Robins ice cream since I was 4 years old so I am kind of an expert. In my expert opinion butter pecan in a waffle cone is the best thing in the world!!

I go to this location a lot. The staff is always great and friendly. The ice cream and the toppings are always fresh and taste amazing. Highly recommended.
