We have visited Basso56 multiple times, and each experience has been fantastic. The food is consistently excellent, whether it’s the grilled shrimp served with white Tuscan beans or the expertly crafted pasta dishes. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and the owner frequently mingles with patrons to ensure that everything is running smoothly, which it invariably is. Furthermore, the atmosphere and design of Basso56 underscore the commitment to providing a wonderful dining experience, paying attention to every detail.
I would have to type a really long review to share my experience here. I will say this. Alex is amazing. From the day I met him, he treated me like family. The food is better than anywhere I have eaten. The staff is courteous and friendly. If you do not dine here at least once, you are missing out. Thank you Basso56 for making our anniversaries, gatherings and just out for dinner dates amazing. We will continue to dine here until we cannot anymore.
Recently relocated to Westchester, from the city. An almost crippling transition. Basso56 is the closest thing this area has to an excellent restaurant. Exquisite meals, creative dishes, fair presentation, and service. I would even go as far as to say: fine dining flavors. Hats off.
What a lovely experience! My husband, toddler and I popped in for a late lunch/early dinner meal. We ordered the branzino and ravioli! Both were a hit! The staff was attentive and kind! I highly recommend this place and we will be returning!

Do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem! Nestled in Chappaqua, it offers a wonderful dining experience. It's quickly become a new family favorite!
We enjoyed a lovely dinner out with friends, featuring a bottle of red and a bottle of white wine. Everything we tasted was delightful!
Food was just ok. Octopus was overcooked. Fish was bland. Prices were way to high. Will pass on this restaurant in the future.
