Travelling to ever smaller roads we eventually arrived at Bastian's in a very small town. What a surprise when you enter and see the menu, this is high end dining that delivers on taste, ambience and value for money. I can't imagine that you would ever stumble over this restaurant but it is definitely worth making the effort to visit. It is only 30 or 40 minutes from Frankfurt. I visited mid week and it was very busy so it probably makes sense to book in advance
Great restaurant, very good food! Not so big, outdoor very nice, it is addressed to all wishes, great service and cook/ Chef, simply unrestrictedly recommended! You feel very comfortable. Also in the lockdown ideal for picking up. Of course not to compare with the great dressing in the restaurant, but for the Corona time a good alternative. Tastes very good, just test.
A beautiful ambience. The service very friendly. Food delicious, dressed with fresh food. Draisbach went from table to table to make sure we had a taste. I had a 5-course surprise mouse (to forget to take photos) and was very satisfied. I wish the Bastian all the best for the future. I'll go back there.
ALthough in new hands it did not loose it's outstanding class. The food is more traditional then when the restaurant still was in Andre Grosfelds hands, but nevertheless it has it's special twists. The service was attentive and friendly throughout the whole time. Reserva una mesa ahora
Really remote and feels like in the middle of nowhere. Awesome and impeccable service. I loved the vegetarian dishes in particular. Really tasty and fresh. The meat was a little too heavy with a rich dark sauce. At least for my taste. Will come again.
