While not only the gastronomy is concerned about the news situation and the next lockdown seems to be ruchable, it was time for me to finally implement a project from the episode of my “Lockdown Chronicles”. One of the most human and culinary experiences I had with the “Basti’s Restaurant” in Solingen Gräfrath, which I had already recommended in front of Corona times.
