The service was excellent, and the environment was very clean and impressive. However, the cake was a disappointment. It was overly soaked, almost like it had been swimming, so I ended up pouring it down the sink. The taste was bland, similar to eating bread with milk, which is unexpected for an UBE cake. I was quite let down, especially since my daughter traveled an hour to the city so I could experience what Batch is known for. I may consider giving it another try in the future.
